Hinterland Brewery is a brewpub in Ashwaubenon, across from Lambeau Field in what its website calls Green Bay's Titletown District. It is the newest restaurant from a brewery that dates to 1995. Owners Bill and Michelle Tressler started Hinterland in an old cheese factory outside Green Bay.
The Beer Hall is styled as an urban twist on a traditional German bräuhaus. It has two wood-burning fireplaces and a display kitchen. Open garage doors lead to the Beer Garden during warmer months.
