About Single Hill Brewing
Single Hill Brewing is a brewery and taproom in downtown Yakima. It opened in June 2018, in a city its website says produces over 75% of the hops in the United States. Catalyst Coffee also operates inside the taproom, having joined the Single Hill family in late 2024.
The taproom keeps 24 taps full. Five core beers are always on, and the rest rotate. Its website says something tart, something light and something dark is always pouring, and it runs an Outcross series that trials experimental hops.
The room is built for staying a while, with indoor seating and a shady patio. Kids are welcome, and the website says friendly dogs are too. Bingo runs on Tuesdays and trivia on Wednesdays.
Javi's Food Truck serves tacos and burritos outside from 11:00 on open days, and outside food is welcome too. Single Hill is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Yakima on this site.
