Perihelion Brewery is a brewpub in the Beacon Hill area of Seattle. Its website says it brews all its own beer in a 7 BBL brewery on site. A Seattle Eater piece posted there calls it Beacon Hill's first brewery.
The kitchen is a big part of the draw. The website says the team smokes its meats and nuts in house over black cherry wood. The chefs also brine their own corned beef, make the sauerkraut for the Reuben and serve house made mustard with the pretzels.
Kids are welcome, since the website calls it an all ages venue. Well behaved dogs and miniature pigs are allowed on the patio. The Eater piece says that patio has a fire pit.
Live music plays on Tuesday evenings at 7pm, on the patio or in the dining room. You can also get a growler filled to go.
