About Long Way Brewing
Long Way Brewing is a brewery on 2nd Street in Radford, set in a former Seventh Day Adventist church. Its website says a group of friends dreamed it up in a Radford backyard as a neighborhood brewery for the West End. The site ties the name to the long road to opening, and to Mary Draper Ingles, who escaped captivity in 1755 and traveled 600 miles back along the New River to Radford.
The taps rotate. The website mentions a blonde, an IPA and a porter as examples, along with hard seltzers and non-alcoholic cans. A merch shop sits on the site too.
