About Devils Backbone Brewing Company - Outpost Tap Room & Kitchen
Devils Backbone Brewing Company - Outpost Tap Room & Kitchen is a brewery in Lexington, just off Lee Highway between exits 195 and 191 on Interstate 81. Its website says it started as a tap room to show off the production brewery's work. The community response led it to add a kitchen and later a deck with views of the Virginia Blue Ridge Mountains.
The week has a rhythm. Thursday is trivia, Friday is burger night with a monthly rotating burger, and Saturday and Sunday bring brunch. The website also lists a food menu and a beer menu.
The Devils Backbone core lineup on its website includes Vienna Lager, Eight Point IPA and Citrus Wheat. Google adds that weekend tours are offered.
Dogs are welcome in the outdoor spaces, and children are welcome with an adult. More people have reviewed the Outpost on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Lexington on this site.
