About Swover Creek Farms

Swover Creek Farms is a brewery on a farm on Swover Creek Road in Edinburg. It is also a farm, a pizza restaurant and a disc golf course. The place bills itself as "your clubhouse in the woods."

Swover Creek started as a humble farm generations ago. The owners are Lynn and Dave. The farm has grown into a center for community, camaraderie, and great food and drinks.

Pizza is the main food. The 12-inch pies are baked in custom outdoor pizza ovens, and the beef and pork on them is raised locally by Country Rhodes Farm. The kitchen also makes its own pepperoni, Canadian bacon, corned beef and smoked sausages.

Dogs are welcome inside and out, and there is a fenced-in dog park. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Edinburg on this site.
