Laredo Brewing Company is a craft brewery and taproom on East Del Mar Boulevard in Laredo. It calls its beer "Wild West beer," and you drink it right inside the brewery where it is made.
The lineup covers more than ten styles. There is an Amber Ale, a Blonde Ale, a Hefeweizen that is half wheat, an Irish Red, a Kolsch and a sour. The Honey Ale is brewed with South Texas honey and cloves, and there is a fruit beer called Pickly Pear.
The brewery runs more than ten fermenters and says it turns out over 1,500 gallons a month. It will also brew a custom beer for you if you ask.
