About Ghost Note Brewing
Ghost Note Brewing is a brewery on Ranch Road 12 in Dripping Springs. It sits on five acres in the Texas Hill Country, with an open-air taproom and a treed beer garden. Its website describes a backyard setting with a lively music scene.
Painted Porch Pilsner is the flagship, a German-style pilsner. The core lineup also has Dusty Bronco Hazy IPA, That Tracks IPA, Hilco Amber, Southern Lite Mexican-style lager and Texas Sun Saison. Rotating beers, house-made hard seltzer and non-alcoholic beer are on the menu too.
The taproom has a covered roof and open walls. Fans and misting fans cool it in summer, and firepits and heaters warm it in cold weather. Leashed dogs and supervised children are welcome, and kids get a playscape with a slide.
Food comes from rotating food trucks that are independent of the brewery. The brewery hosts live music most weekends, weather permitting. Game night runs on Fridays.
