Trinity Cider is a cidery and taproom in Deep Ellum, one of Dallas's arts and entertainment districts. Owners Evan and Lauren opened the doors in 2018, and got engaged that same night. Evan grew up making hard apple cider in Washington State, picking, pressing and fermenting apples with his father for up to two years.
The result is a crisp, dry style, unsweetened rather than the sweet cider many people expect. You can pick up a keg, a refillable growler or a six pack right at the taproom. The ciders are also stocked at Sprouts and Total Wine, and available through InstaCart and DoorDash.
The taproom runs its own food menu and hosts wine walks, tourist tastings and live music. It is also available to rent for private events, from a work happy hour to a birthday celebration.
Evan and Lauren live nearby with their dog Alfie, and the three of them are often around the taproom chatting with guests. It is a friendly base for exploring Deep Ellum's brewpubs and music venues with a group.
