Fernson Brewing Company is the brewery location of Fernson, on East Robur Drive in Sioux Falls. Its website says the beer is proudly brewed in South Dakota. The company describes its aim as making beer that brings folks closer, despite the wide open spaces on the Great Plains.
Fernson packages its beer in cans. Its website says cans protect beer from light and oxygen better than bottles do, and that aluminum is easier to recycle. It also makes Skip Day Hard Seltzer, and the website says all of the seltzers are gluten free.
