About Collusion Tap Works
Collusion Tap Works is a brewpub in York, with a taproom and a kitchen under one roof. Its website says the York taproom has 24 tap handles pouring beer, cider, cocktails and more. Jared, Chuck and Doug Barnes founded it.
The beer list keeps moving. The website says a 7 barrel brew house, a 1 barrel pilot system and 12 fermenters feed a barrel aging and sour blending program. That adds up to exclusive new releases nearly every week.
Its website names Soma, Homunculus and Panacea on its beer page. Soma is a German style Berlinerweiss sour ale. Homunculus is a year-round Imperial IPA, and Panacea is a milk stout with rotating pastry style flavors.
The kitchen serves a seasonal menu that the website says uses locally sourced ingredients. Private events can be booked through the website.
