About Truss Brewing Company
Truss Brewing Company is a nano-brewery with a wood-fired oven in Pleasant Hills. It is a take-out only spot. The food is Neapolitan style pizza, made alongside beer brewed on site.
The pizza dough is scratch-made and organic. The cheeses, San Marzano tomato and olive oil on top are sourced from Italy. The rest of the menu is hand-made with produce, meat and dairy from local suppliers, including ribs in a dry hopped BBQ sauce.
Major beer styles rotate with specialty brews. Truss also makes gluten-friendly seltzers and ciders with real fruit and vegetables. Free samples are offered when you drop in.
Outdoor seating holds over 200 people, and the area is self-service. Trivia runs on Thursdays, and live music plays on Fridays and Saturdays.
