Velum Fermentation is a brewery on Jane St in Pittsburgh's South Side. Its website calls it a large craft brewery with more than just beer. Indoor pickleball courts and a pinball-centered arcade share the building with the taproom.
The brewery calls Concrete Bunny its year-round flagship. It is an IPA with notes of tangerine, tropical fruit and pine. The menu also lists lagers, hazy IPAs, cider, kombucha and a non-alcoholic ginger lime spritz, plus four packs to go.
Outdoor covered seating gives you a spot to sit outside. Dogs are welcome, and the website says the brewery is kid friendly. Its events page names Cold Friends Kitchen as its permanent food truck partner.
