About Local Remedy Brewing
Local Remedy Brewing is a brewery taproom on Allegheny Avenue in Oakmont. It started as a reason for friends to get together. Its motto is drinking good beer and being good people.
The taproom pours its own beer alongside an array of partner offerings. The lineup covers beers, cider, ready-to-drink cocktails and non-alcoholic options. The site keeps a tap list, so you can see what is on before you go.
You can carry in food or order delivery from Oakmont restaurants, and the bar keeps menus for several nearby spots. Pittsburgh Taco Boys and Leone's Pizza are named as taproom favorites, and food trucks stop by on a schedule.
The taproom also hosts trivia and runs a run club, and it takes private event bookings. More people have reviewed Local Remedy on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Oakmont on this site.
