About Solera Brewery
Solera Brewery is a brewery and pub in a converted theater on Baseline Dr. Its website says it has been brewing since 2012. On a clear day the back patio looks up at Mt. Hood.
The brewery makes small batches on a 7 barrel system. Its website calls Hedonist IPA a local's favorite and the only beer on draft year round. The rest of the tap list changes regularly, and a house culture of lactobacillus is kept going for sour beers.
Orders are taken at the bar, and any open table is yours. The small kitchen turns out snacks, soup, sandwiches and a big burrito. Minors are allowed in designated areas until 8pm with an adult, and friendly dogs are welcome outside.
Trivia night runs on Mondays from November through April. The brewery also hosts a Chanterelles and Ales dinner each November. More people have reviewed Solera Brewery on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Mt Hood on this site.
