Evasion Brewing is a gluten-free brewery in McMinnville, Oregon. Its website says the beer is brewed in a dedicated gluten-free facility. The current owners, Becky and Josh, took over in 2023.
Josh was diagnosed with celiac disease. After tasting Evasion beer and seeing the brewery for sale, the couple decided the beer should not go out of business. Production had already stopped about nine months before they took ownership.
Hophoria is called the flagship, brewed with Mosaic and Citra hops. Tantamount Stout is described as the beer that started Evasion.
The brewery also makes rotating and seasonal beers. Its website says it is aiming to release something new every month in limited quantities, and it mentions growler fills at the McMinnville brewery.
