About Drop Bear Brewery
Drop Bear Brewery is a brewery and kitchen in Eugene run by David and Lorraine, who were both born in Australia. They lived nomadic lives from tropical West Africa to icy Eastern Europe before settling in rainy Eugene. The drop bear itself is a mythical creature, but the brewery says its passion for food and beer is real.
The beer list covers stouts, browns, Pilsners, Saisons, IPAs and Hazeys. Limited X Factor beers pour on the Xpermental taps. One might use a wild yeast, a mixed fermentation or Scandinavian Kviek yeast, so ask the team what is on.
