About Calapooia Brewing
Calapooia Brewing is a brewpub on Hill Street Northeast in Albany, Oregon. Its website says it was founded as Oregon Trader Brewing in 1993 and renamed Calapooia in 2006. The owners of Vivacity Fine Spirits bought it in November 2019.
The year-round lineup includes Chili Beer, Ground Zero Pale Ale, Hazy Shores IPA, Pacific Pilsner and 'Pooia Porter. Seasonal and specialty beers keep changing, so the pub is the place to see what is on tap. Vivacity spirits are served at the pub bar for cocktails.
