About Codex Brewing
Codex Brewing is a brewery taproom on Whipple Avenue Northwest in North Canton. It has no kitchen, and guests are welcome to bring their own food. The calendar leans toward book clubs, craft nights and trivia.
The beer list runs wide. It includes light lagers, Belgian style ales, saisons, stouts and an IPA, plus a house hard seltzer. Some beers age in bourbon barrels, and the website says a sour saison blend has carried forward from batch to batch since 2020.
Beers and Books is a book club that meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. Sip and Stitch invites crafters of every kind on the 2nd Sunday. Trivia Tuesday runs on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays.
