About The Barrel House
The Barrel House is a locally owned bottle shop and beer and wine bar on East Third Street in downtown Dayton. It pours from 17 beer taps and sells beer and wine bottles to take home.
You can fill a growler from the taps. An insta-chill cooler can cool a bottle off the shelf in 5 to 7 minutes, and flights and 5 ounce pours let you sample before you commit.
The lounge area has free wifi and light food offerings. It is not a restaurant or a liquor store, so you can bring your own food or have a neighbor deliver it.
Karaoke runs on Tuesdays, Wu-Tang Wednesday follows, and Thursday is open mic night. Sundays are for vinyl. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Dayton on this site.
