Fretboard Brewing Company is the main brewery of Fretboard, on Creek Road in Blue Ash just outside Cincinnati. It is part brewery and part music venue. The website says there are events almost every night.
Fretboard leans on easy drinking, crisp lagers and balanced IPAs. Improv is the flagship West Coast IPA, and Vlad is an International style pilsner the website says has won many awards. There is also Reba, a strawberry blonde ale, and Peso In My Hand, a Mexican lager.
An in house kitchen smokes BBQ, so you can make a meal of it. The taproom sits beside the working brewery and has arcade style games.
Groups have two private spaces. The Record Room has five TVs and AV gear, and The Overflow holds up to 100 guests. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Cincinnati on this site.
