About Eleventhree Brewing
Eleventhree Brewing is a brewery and brewpub in Chardon, Ohio. Its website says the taproom sits near historic Chardon Square and pairs craft beer with Neapolitan pizza. The pizzas are made to order in a 500 degree Celsius oven.
The tap list leans modern and changes often. The website lists fruited kettle sours, hop saturated ales, a German-style festbier and an American lager, plus gluten-free fruited seltzers. A flight is four 5-ounce pours, and every draft can be filled as a 32-ounce crowler to go.
Wine and cocktails are on the menu too. The pizza dough rests for 24 hours, and the kitchen is run by a pizzaiolo and an assistant. You order at the bar, since the taproom uses counter service.
Leashed dogs are welcome on the patio, and the brewery calls itself kid-friendly. Private events can be booked through its website. More people have reviewed Eleventhree Brewing on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Chardon on this site.
