Wise Man Brewing is a brewery and taproom in the old Angelo Brothers building in downtown Winston-Salem. It grew out of homebrewing, and the team still loves trying new recipes. More people have reviewed Wise Man on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Winston-Salem on this site.
The tap list changes constantly. Alongside craft beer you will find cider, seltzer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks. A coffee bar serves coffee and espresso during the day, and the website credits its brew crew with winning awards.
The taproom is family friendly and pet friendly, with a laid back feel. Food trucks come through during the week, and there are TVs for the game.
There is live music every weekend. Weekly nights include Run Club, Music Bingo and Open Mic Night, and the yearly calendar brings Oktoberfest, Cider Fest, Lager and Sour Fest and Wildwest Brewfest.
