Hidden Gate Brewing Company calls itself Greensboro's latest and greatest beer factory and taproom. It sits on Barnhardt Street in downtown Greensboro, in the BORO Social District. The founders trained in the RCC Fermentation Science Program under Master Brewer and Professor Todd Isbell.
The brewery aims to recreate classic Old World styles and create modern American ones. The lager list includes Cape Fair, a German pils, Skylight, a German helles, and Libre, a Mexican lager. Juicy Dragon, a fruited IPA rested on dragonfruit, is brewed with NC grown malt from Carolina Malthouse.
Dark beers include Jet Black Cat, an imperial stout, and Jitter Jet, a coffee stout on nitro. The beer list sits beside wine, liquor and cocktail lists on the website.
Hidden Gate runs an Insiders Club and a Mug Club. Events can be booked through the website's Book An Event With Us page.
