3 Bastards Brewing is a brewery and restaurant on State Route 5 in Vernon. The tagline says it all: eat, drink, watch, repeat. The taproom shows football on the NFL Ticket, and the Bills, Yankees and Syracuse games are always on.
The kitchen runs a full menu. Dishes include a Smashed Bastard, a Margherita flat, fried haddock, an Avocado BLT flat, sweet potato pie and a beet and apple salad. Beer flights are on the list too.
Live music is part of the mix, and you can request a game by calling the brewery and leaving a message. The brewery opens whenever the Bills play.
