About Lasting Joy Brewery
Lasting Joy Brewery is a brewery and taproom on Lasher Road in Tivoli. It sits down a winding farm road on a 31-acre property in the Hudson Valley. Many of the beers are made with New York grown grains and hops.
Five core beers anchor the list: a light lager, a Belgian wheat, a beet stout, a kolsch and a hazy IPA. Seasonal and experimental brews rotate through. Nine house beers are on tap at all times, and 4-packs are ready to go.
The taproom also pours cocktails made with New York spirits, plus wine, cider and non-alcoholic options. The kitchen is open year-round and cooks with locally sourced ingredients. Outside food is not allowed.
All ages are welcome, and kids need an adult watching them at all times. Leashed dogs are welcome outside only. The entrance, parking lot, restroom and seating are all wheelchair accessible.
