About Return Brewing
Return Brewing is a brewery on State Street in Hudson. Its website says it was started in Hudson in 2021 by longtime friends and industry veterans. The flagship taproom is a converted warehouse with 4,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space.
The brewery's motto is Beers to Return to Again and Again. Its always available core four are Polished, a pilsner, Burnished, an amber ale, Come back, a kölsch, and Westwhere, a West Coast IPA.
The other beers fall into three lines. Tavern covers classic, approachable styles, Garden highlights Hudson Valley ingredients, and Archive draws on barrel-aged blends.
