Lost Hiker Brewing Company (Basecamp) is a brewery on US-70 in Ruidoso Downs. It is a location of Lost Hiker Brewing, a family business that grew out of a home brewing hobby. The company has brewed in the Sacramento Mountains of Lincoln County since 2017.
The beer list covers a lot of ground. Midnight Squirrel Stout is a sessionable stout brewed with rolled oats at 5.3% ABV, and Ruidoso Blonde is mildly hopped and easy drinking. Connectivity IPA comes in at 6.2% ABV, Rye Knot is a Belgian pale ale, and Das Hefen Hiker is a Bavarian style wheat ale with banana and clove notes.
