Little Toad Creek Brewery & Distillery Las Cruces is a brewpub and bar on North Main Street in downtown Las Cruces. It is the second taproom of a southern New Mexico brewery and distillery. The Las Cruces taproom opened in 2018.
The story starts in the Gila. Founders Dave and Teresa opened Little Toad in 2012 as a remote inn and tavern in Lake Roberts, surrounded by the Gila Wilderness. The name comes from Sapillo Creek, which ran along the property.
The Las Cruces menu covers cocktails, beer, appetizers, salads, pizza and sandwiches. The company also makes canned Mixed-Up Cocktails, which its website says are sold at its taprooms.
