About Martha's Exchange Restaurant & Brewery
Martha's Exchange Restaurant & Brewery is a brewpub on Main Street in downtown Nashua. The Martha's name goes back to 1936, when it began as a candy shop. Its website says it is the second oldest craft beer brewery in New Hampshire.
The brewery was added in 1993. Its website calls it Nashua's first micro-brewery and says the bar was once used in one of Al Capone's speakeasies in Chicago.
Brew masters Greg and Mark make classics and rotating seasonals. You can take beer home in cans, crowlers and growlers. The kitchen runs seasonal menus of Greek favorites, steaks, seafood and pub classics.
The Sweet Shoppe still sells truffles, toffee and fudge under the same roof. A second-floor banquet hall holds 200 people. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Nashua on this site.
