About Ledge Brewing Company
Ledge Brewing Company is a brewpub in Intervale, in the Mt. Washington Valley. It pours small-batch beer and runs a taco bar in the same tasting room. Its website says friends who loved craft beer founded it in 2020.
The taco bar joined the tasting room in 2023. Head Chef Josh Burkett makes Mexican-style tacos, served with hot sauces made in-house. Matty Burkett, a longtime bartender and general manager, is now the owner.
The beer comes from a 3-barrel brewhouse, so the tap list changes often. The website calls As You Wish, a hazy New England IPA, its flagship. Some beers rest in oak spirits barrels, and the brewing water comes from an artesian well beneath the headwaters of the Saco River.
