About Tonopah Brewing Company
Tonopah Brewing Company is a brewpub on Main Street in Tonopah, Nevada. The brewery says the first business to open in Tonopah was a brewery and tap house, and the company is a tribute to that history. The town sits a three-hour drive from Reno and Las Vegas, with high desert in between.
The brewhouse was custom-made in Bavaria, Germany. It was designed for a member of the Blatz family and allows decoction and step infusion for traditional beers. Brewmaster Edward Nash has brewed lagers, pilsners, saisons and West Coast IPAs.
The tap room serves delicious bites, and the place is also a barbecue restaurant. The room is clean and friendly. A cooler lets you take beer to go, and gift certificates are available.
Owners Fred and Nancy Cline have deep family roots in Tonopah. They also own the Mizpah Hotel. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
