North 5th Brewing Co. is a brewery on West Mayflower Avenue in North Las Vegas. Its list leans hard on lagers, from an American light lager to a Japanese rice lager. Owners Amanda and Matt Payan run it, with Patrick Tofte as head brewer.
Fierro is a Mexican lager, and it also comes as a michelada. Abuela's Cerveza is another Mexican lager, and North 595th is the rice lager. Dark Horse 103 is a Munich-style helles, and the North 5th Pilsner follows the German style.
Not everything is a lager. The Kevin is a hefeweizen, and seasonals include an Oktoberfest festbier and Tumblewheat, a pumpkin wheat ale.
Food comes from visiting food trucks, and the website posts their schedule. Tuesday is trivia night. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in North Las Vegas on this site.
