Chicago Brewing Company is a brewpub in the Village Square center at Fort Apache and Sahara in Las Vegas. It never closes, and the kitchen serves breakfast around the clock. The beer is brewed on the premises.
The house drafts are all brewed in house, and servers can tell you about the rotating seasonals. The website says the beers have won numerous awards at the Great American Beer Festival and the World Beer Cup.
