About Patriot Homebrew Supply
Patriot Homebrew Supply is a nano brewery and homebrew supply store in Elkhorn, Nebraska. You can taste beer brewed on site while you shop for ingredients and equipment. The store opened in October 2013, and the taproom followed in March 2020.
The taproom pours about ten beer styles plus hard cider, and the lineup rotates through the year. Pours come in half-pint sizes, and a flight is four small 2.5 ounce pours of your choice. Glass growlers in 32 and 64 ounce sizes go home with you, and the site says there is free homemade root beer for younger visitors.
The shelves cover beer, wine, cider and mead making. The store stocks a wide range of grain, hops, yeast and kegging hardware, and it teaches hands-on homebrewing classes. Its website says Patriot won the 2023 Homebrew Shop of the Year Award.
The taproom is quiet and has no televisions, and the site says dogs and children are welcome. Outside food is allowed too. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Elkhorn on this site.
