Great Burn Brewing is a brewery and taproom on McDonald Avenue on the south side of Missoula. Its website says family and friends established it in 2013. The beers lean hop forward, with a West Coast style.
The brewery makes its beer on a 10 barrel system. Four flagships are always on tap: Church Picnic Cream Ale, Cold Trail Pale Ale, Great Burn IPA and Smoke Chaser Porter. The website says Great Burn IPA is its top seller.
