About Outlaw Brewing
Outlaw Brewing is a brewery and taproom in Bozeman, Montana. Its website says it makes 40 to 45 seasonal and experimental beers a year. They are poured across 16 tap handles.
A new beer arrives about every 10 days, so the list keeps moving. Canned beers on the site include Hop Mullet India Pale Ale, Pot Shot Pilsner and Summit Dog, a double IPA. There is also a Mexican-style lager called Mexi-Tana Larger and a session hazy IPA called Patio Pounder, which the site describes as gluten removed.
The taproom has a pool table and a foosball table. A popcorn maker puts out a free bar snack. Rotating food trucks serve from Tuesday to Sunday, and the site lists an in-house food truck called Patio Wagon.
Its website says owner Todd Hough opened Outlaw in a corner of a barbecue restaurant in Belgrade. He bought the land for the current taproom at the end of 2013.
