About Lake of the Ozarks Brewing Company
Lake of the Ozarks Brewing Company is a family-owned microbrewery on Osage Beach Parkway in Osage Beach. Its website says it serves craft beer and food. The beers are named for the history and places around the lake.
The brewery started as a hobby. Brewmaster Jacob Schuster and Rick Weber, his father-in-law, brewed in a garage on a 5 gallon system for years. They bought the property for the brewery in January 2019.
The beer names tell the story of the area. One golden ale is named for Gold Nugget Junction, an old Osage Beach amusement park, and The Dam Stout is named for Bagnell Dam. The menu also lists Grand Glaize Haze IPA and Osage River Red.
The backyard and patio are pet friendly. Pets are not allowed inside the taproom. More people have reviewed Lake of the Ozarks Brewing Company on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Osage Beach on this site.
