About Tin Mill Brewing Co

Tin Mill Brewing Co is a German style brewery and bar in Hermann, Missouri. The company was established in 2005. It brews in a historic grain processing plant in downtown Hermann, a landmark 100 year old tin mill.

The beers lean German. Brewers Derek LeRoy and Dalton Gillig make most of them in line with the German Purity Law of 1516. The year round list includes a pilsner, a hefeweizen, an amber lager and a doppelbock, and there is a rotating 20-tap list.

The kitchen serves Bavarian and American snacks, sandwiches and pizza. Start with cheese curds or a pretzel with beer cheese, then move on to a brat. Self-guided tours are available daily through the old building.

The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. More people have reviewed Tin Mill Brewing Co on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Hermann on this site.
