About Mineral Springs Brewery

Mineral Springs Brewery is a brewery and taproom in Owatonna, Minnesota. The brewery says it is Steele County's first brewery since Prohibition. Inside seating holds 338 people, and a patio sits outside.

The taps carry more than 20 beers, plus rotating seltzer flavors and seltzer slushies. Many beers are named for local history, such as the Ace Lager and the Cinder Hill Cream Ale. Non-alcoholic beers and Northern Soda Company sodas are on hand too.

There is no kitchen. The taproom sells light packaged snacks, and local food trucks and delivered food cover the rest. Families are welcome, and leashed dogs can sit on the patio.

Trivia runs on Wednesdays, and Saturday nights bring live music. Growlers can be filled to go. The brewery also hosts private events.
