About Swing Barrel Brewing
Swing Barrel Brewing is a brewery and taproom in historic Downtown Moorhead. Two friends started it with a shared passion for building community and brewing beer.
The taproom pours seasonal brews and has an outdoor patio. It sells cans to take home and has a stage for local musicians. Its events page also lists trivia nights and an open mic.
Food comes from rotating food trucks in the spring, summer and fall. Two local Moorhead restaurants, Sol Ave. and Punk Chef Pizza, will deliver to the taproom. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks and takeout.
Dogs are allowed, and the brewery asks you to keep the size of the taproom in mind. Minors can come with a parent or legal guardian. It is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Moorhead on this site.
