About Bobbing Bobber Brewing Company
Bobbing Bobber Brewing Company is a brewery and taproom in Hutchinson, Minnesota. The brewery goes by 3BC for short. The name came from a long day of fishing when the founder never caught a fish and spent hours watching a bobber.
The taproom has a fishing theme, with a boathouse-inspired back bar and walls full of fishing collectibles. It opened in May 2018. There are 17 taps, including a dedicated nitro tap, and the beers are easy drinking, not too overpowering and not too weak.
Tables are made from dock sections and seat 8 or 10, beer hall style. There is no table service, so you order at the bar. A food truck normally comes on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and occasionally on Sunday.
Dogs are limited to service dogs. The entrance and the parking lot are both wheelchair accessible.
