About Cuyuna Brewing Company
Cuyuna Brewing Company is a family-owned brewery and taproom on Main Street in Crosby, Minnesota. Nick and Laura Huisinga opened the taproom in 2017 with their three kids. It fills the historic Young Building, which once held a doctor's office and George Crosby's offices.
Many of the beers carry a story from the Cuyuna area. Yawkey Ale is the flagship amber, and Crusher IPA shares its name with a local mountain bike trail. Silver Dollar Lager is a Festbier in the style of German Oktoberfest lagers, and Manhigh Stout is an oatmeal milk stout with a hint of smoke.
The tap list also has gluten friendly beer, non-alcoholic drinks and non-beer options. Burritos California runs a counter inside the building, and you can bring your own food too.
Upstairs is The Vault, a lounge and event space that takes private reservations. It is open to the public during select hours.
