About Copper Trail Brewing

Copper Trail Brewing is a brewery and taproom on Broadway Street in downtown Alexandria. In 2022 it opened 205 Grill, a restaurant inside the taproom. That makes it a place to eat as well as drink.

The tap list rotates. Its website lists a Czech pilsner called North Country, a pickle pilsner called Big Ed's Little Pickle, an Irish red called Lucky Red and an ESB served on nitro. Some of the beers are available to go.

The kitchen serves tacos, sandwiches and sharables, with brunch on Saturday and Sunday. The bar also pours wine, cocktails and mocktails. Families are welcome, and the taproom has a game shelf and a Little Free Library.

Events run every week, including live music, Smart Alex Trivia and a cribbage league. More people have reviewed Copper Trail Brewing on Google than any other brewery, taproom or beer shop in Alexandria on this site.
