About Great White Buffalo Brewing Co.
Great White Buffalo Brewing Co. is a brewpub in the center of historic Northville. Its website puts it on the corner of Main and Centre Street, in the old yogurt shop. The site also says the mayor honors the brewery with its own day every March 1st.
The brewery keeps four staple beers on all year: an IPA, a Kolsch, an Amber and a Stout. Four more taps rotate, along with a small batch and a nitro tap. Its website says all of it is brewed on location.
The bar also pours cider, seltzer, wine, liquor and cocktails. Mocktails, house root beer on tap and hop water cover the non-alcoholic side.
Food comes from the kitchen, with gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options and a kids menu. Weekend special menus are posted on social media. Dogs are welcome on the patio, and Great White Buffalo is one of the most reviewed beer spots in Northville on this site.
