Battle Alley Brewing Company is a brewery and restaurant on North Saginaw Street in Holly, Michigan. It is the dream of four friends. It pairs house beer with pit BBQ and live sports.
Master Brewer Cory makes the beer in house. The flagship is Bevins Coast, a West Coast IPA named for the lake that taproom guests look out over. The list also runs to lagers, stouts, porters, sours and hard seltzer, and it rotates weekly.
Head Chef Evan serves scratch made comfort food, smash burgers and sandwiches. Pitmaster Bill smokes the meat low and slow in a pit named Chuck. Some BBQ sells out daily, and there are vegetarian and gluten free options.
