About Ellison Brewery and Spirits
Ellison Brewery and Spirits makes beer and spirits at its East Lansing taproom on Dawn Avenue. It is tucked away in the back of an industrial complex. Behind the bar you can see the production facility, with a 30 barrel brewhouse and more fermenters than the brewery says it needs.
