About Final Gravity Brewing Company
Final Gravity Brewing Company is a family-owned brewery in Decatur, Michigan. Kevin Christensen and his son Michael started it in 2014. Michael is the head brewer.
The taproom keeps 9 to 12 beers, non-alcoholic pours, seltzers and ciders on tap, and the list rotates. Flagships include The Rock, a West Coast Mosaic hop IPA. The brewery also pours wine and cocktails.
A full kitchen makes specialty pizzas, sandwiches and house-smoked wings, with gluten-free options. There are no fries, because everything is baked or heated in house. Kids are welcome, and there is patio seating during the season.
