About Biercamp
Biercamp is a brewery and meat shop on South State Street in Ann Arbor. It calls itself a small family shop, established in 2011. Google describes it as an artisan meat, cheese and sandwich hub with house-brewed beers.
The kitchen is a big part of the draw. It serves sandwiches, sausages, baskets and sides, from 16 hour pulled pork to fresh bratwurst. Its website says everything is made in-house by hand in small batches, with meat ground fresh and all smoking and curing done on site.
Beer comes by the pint, half pint, growler and half growler, with ciders, wine and cocktails too. The daily beers and ciders are listed on menu boards. You can eat and drink in the all season outdoor beer garden.
A retail area sells sausage, bacon, jerky, pierogi and pasties from the coolers. There is a kids menu. An Airbnb bunkhouse sits above the restaurant, overlooking the beer garden.
