Fieldcrest Brewing Company is a brewery and beer store on Boston Road in Wilbraham. Every beer it brews is reduced gluten. That is how the company got its start.
The brewer and co-owner, Adam, oversees every batch. Styles run from crisp pilsners to rich, roasty stouts, with a special appreciation for traditional English-style ales. Fieldcrest ESB and F-Bomb New England IPA are customer favorites.
The Wilbraham taproom pours cask beer every day through two hand-pulled beer engines. It is served at traditional cellar temperature, the way real ale is served in England. You can also take home a growler or a few cans.
